That’s why Toowards exists: to accelerate transformation.

Meet Our Founder

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by human potential—what makes people grow, evolve, and truly thrive. After decades of shaping leadership and talent in global organizations, I saw a pattern: the most successful transformations weren’t about strategies or checklists—they were about people willing to challenge their own limits.

But I also saw something else—untapped potential, stuck in hesitation, self-doubt, and old patterns. And that’s why I started Toowards—to help individuals and organizations accelerate their evolution with intention, clarity, and courage.

As a ICF certified leadership coach and expert in leadership development and organizational transformation, I’ve spent over 15 years working with executive teams across global multinationals in Technology, Consumer Goods, manufacturing and Industrial—designing and delivering programs that drive high performance, leadership effectiveness, and cultural transformation.
